Our Process

At McDonald Tax and Bookkeeping, we value the loyalty of our clients, so getting to know you and your financial history is an important process in being able to provide customizable services that tailor to your individual needs.

We start off with an in-person or over-the-phone consultation so that we can get a grasp on your situation and provide insight to what we need to accurately prepare your income tax return. Once we have all the needed information, as well as general contact info, we will begin the preparation of your return. If questions arise we will contact you at the information listed on your form. Upon completion, you will be contacted to come pick up and sign your return as well as receive materials that you will need for sending in any tax payments. We take care of the rest!
